CurrentDrives compensation programs in line with business needs in an effort to maintain the organization's competitive position in the marketplace, internal equity, and overall compliance with state and federal regulations. Provides flexibility and local customization to account for corporate and local market differences.Oversees projects focusing on the key compensation initiatives such as compensation strategy redesign and implementation, market benchmarking, career leveling frame work, career path development and the design of short and long term incentive compensation programsPartners with a high level of influence across functional leadership groups to ensure base pay and sales compensation plans and policies are developed and communicated effectively. Manages and develops a team of compensation professionals accountable for the day-to-day management and administration of compensation programs to ensure consistency and adoption of best practicesManages the overall development and maintenance of the compensation structure including salary grades and ranges, geographic differentials, job classifications, career levels, and job descriptionsOversees the administration of the annual salary planning (bonus/merit) program, job evaluation requests, and maintenance of subsequent data and processes
