Created the first strategic business plan, outlining LTN’s differentiated service offering and a three-year framework for attaining mission and revenue goals, leading to successful adoption of procedures by international staff and 30+ internal stakeholders. Managed international staff of 15 including the design of talent onboarding and performance management processes. Collaborated with local NGOs and community leaders in Central America through workshops to develop an educational life skills curriculum that was culturally relevant, viable for long-term growth, and ensured success of LTN participants. Launched “LTN Scholars” to reward five outstanding program graduates with university scholarships, generating first ever foundation gifts to organization and building long-term sustainability.
