After departing Cleary, I became an Infra Tech Support Analyst at Accenture. In these support roles my primary mission was to bring our internal personnel closer to technology, helping them to be as efficient as possible. This ensured they could collaborate with each other, domestic and international offices, as well as clients around the globe.My mission evolved once I became an IT Specialist III at Mailchimp. As a more seasoned technologist, my goal was to provide a stable and secure infrastructure and build experiences that require low-effort from end-users while yielding high results. As a recently promoted IT System Administrator I, I will continue this goal with even more meaningful contributions.I am a proud graduate of Per Scholas Institute for Technology where I earned several industry leading certifications.
