Responsible for two mandates within Citi's Global Consumer Technology (GCT) group :- Managing a global team of supporting the North American Core Retail Banking applications and systems.- Leading the Global Consumer Bank Technology Strategy, working across all regions, consolidating the Technology Vision and Strategy through to 2025.

2016-17: Customer journey management lead. - Led the creation of a CX team, responsible for the design of customer journeys across all business units.- Responsible for UI/UX design2012 - 2016 : IT lead for the Digital Transformation Programme, and Mobile and Web Solution Delivery team- IT Lead for the Digital transformation programme, with initiatives ranging from enterprise architecture, web and mobile redesign and data strategy.- Responsible for providing mobile apps and transactional web services to business units. - Developed the operating model for digital delivery and operationalisation.- Defined the technical digital roadmap in collaboration with business units and stakeholders.2010 - 2012 : IT lead for the delivery of Finance and Corporate Treasury solutions.
