With over 20 years of employed HR experience at some great organizations, I (and we) help clients with selecting and strengthening staff, managing and mitigating risk, and improving HR processes.My specialties include talent management, organization development, training, employee relations, employment law, compensation and benefits, and systems. I served as a SHRM certification facilitator at Eastern Michigan University, having taught strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and total rewards modules.
