The results were cost savings throughout, improved cash flow, managed tax accruals and compliance met.I am experienced in advising senior executives on cross border tax issues in regard to restricted securities and share options on capital reorganisations, resulting in tax repayments and optimisation of foreign tax credits.I have delivered tax strategy for executives, private equity and fund investors to help retirement and investment planning, saving tax both short and long term.I am currently heading up the tax element of Buzzacott's Global Mobility offering.I pro-actively help entrepreneurs, business owners and companies with the taxation of employee stock based compensation, employee benefits and cash based earnings where there is cross-border working especially with the US and the UK.
