As the sole UX designer in an Agile environment, I was involved in an array of projects with deliverables ranging from Journey Maps to Low Fidelity Wireframes & High Fidelity Mockups. I built Interactive Prototypes & complete pages utilizing HTML5, Bootstrap 3, LESS, and jQuery.I gathered User Feedback through a variety of Qualitative & Quantitative methods such as Surveys, Polls, User Session Recordings, Heat-Map, A/B Testing, and Support Ticket Analysis. HotJar, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey & Google Analytics were a few of the tools used to accomplish these tasks. Design concepts were rendered in Adobe Illustrator and presented to stakeholders through UXpin & InVision products.I acted as a liaison between the Architecture, Software Development, and Marketing departments, lending my expertise in the form of UX Workshops, Design Critiques, individual training sessions, and code reviews.

I performed all facets of the UX Design & Front-End Development processes primarily targeted at E-Commerce. Design deliverables included low-fi wireframes to hi-fi mockups while development task were delivered in the form of CMS blocks, pages & custom Magento themes.In each project, I incorporated my experience in Layout, Composition, Typography, Illustration, Branding & Identity. I delivered these responsive web designs utilizing CSS[2-3], HTML[4,5], JavaScript, jQuery & basic PHP.
