As a Branch Head, my role is to plan and budget effective branch operations, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with organizational goals. I drive my team for maintaining client relationships, provide timely updates, and manage customer retention and improved stickiness.In additon, I supervised 12 Customer Service Agents positioned across the region to maximize presence in rural India.

I am incharge of the Mini RACPC Dhule Unit. The unit is responsible for the assesement and sanction of Real Estate and Housing Business Portfolio of Dhule & Nandurbar region. 7 Officials report to me in 2 geographic locations. In addition to this the maintenance and audit functions in relation to the business lies with my unit.I also ensure the sales teams are kept uptodate with the current events as well as ensure they are motivated towards achieving the organizational goals.

I head a team of people who are responsible for the sanction and disbursement of Retail Loans in the Nashik City, Maharashtra. As a Team Leader, I am required to scrutinize the proposals processed by my team and decide on the sanctions. I am also responsible to ensure that the files are processed and the sanctioned funds are disbursed on time. In addition to the role, I ensure that the team is sufficiently motivated and groomed for optimum performance - personal as well as for the institution.

The role requires me to primarily coordinate the RBI onsite inspection under the Risk Based Supervision (RBS) Framework. This includes submission of qualitative and quantitative data under the Tranche framework. Under the Tranche 1 quantitative data, I am responsible for the timely submission of 28% of the Whole Bank data (220 out of 770 total data points). Under Tranche 2 descriptive submission on the Controls & Gaps of the regulations pertaining to Treasury Operations is submitted by me, Compliance Monitoring & Testing of RBI Guidelines under the Tranche 3 is also a part of my role. Prepared Road Maps, Checklists, Documentation & Data Analysis for the RBS process. Liaison with the IT Teams, Regulators & other Business Verticals to improve on the bank's functions. Appraise, collaborate, and ideate with the top management for innovation and evolution of the processes.I am the Member-Secretary in the Ethics Committee for the oversight and implementation of FX Global Code. Other than the above core Compliance activities, I plan and execute the knowledge updating & testing process of the Treasury personnel.

I was selected by the Bank for a role in the Risk Department of Treasury Operation. Calculation of Market Risk Capital Charge & Credit Risk of Investments of Treasury as per BASEL II & III norms were part of my responsibility here.In addition, calculation and advising of various Regulatory Data on Liquidity Ratios, High Quality Liquid Assets of Treasury operations as required under Basel - III norms. Risk angle Interpretation and Recommendation on RBI prescriptions & guidelines.In addition to the above core roles, I was a key person collaborating with consultants for the automation of Bankwide Basel -III report.

My duties in this role involved active participation with the small and medium business in managing their asset and liability requirements. Analysing their Balance sheet, inventory and business plans for providing bank credit facilities. In addition I was involved in various customer education programs in the area.

As the Operations head of the Branch, I was the Joint In-charge of the RBI Currency Chest of the region. I was actively involved in the sourcing of new business as well as Non Performing A recovery. My efforts resulted in increase of the branch profits by 65% along with a reduction of NPA from 89% to 0.01%. During my tenure I was invited to address various gatherings on Financial Literacy and Banking Products.

As the Team Leader for the Retail Credit Sales Team, I was in close liaison with the Prominent Builders & Car Dealerships in the Navi Mumbai area. My responsibilities included forming and executing presentations for Large Corporates to increase retail loan sales.My efforts resulted in significant increase in the Loan portfolio of Navi Mumbai Region. I was chosen to organize the first builders' meeting of the Bank in the region.

On the job training including Retail Branch processes, Agriculture Branch, Commercial Credit, Cross Selling and Technology products. Attended Advanced Leadership Program for Officers, Banking Technology Training as well. I was also posted in the Back Office for Processing and Sanction of Retail Loans. During the training period, I was selected for the implementation of Mobile Banking in the Region.
