Sheldon Development, LLC provides construction ready land to home builders and multi-family apartment builders. We acquire the land, go through the rigorous process to garner the necessary approvals from the city; and then typically joint venture with a major home builder the construction and sale of the homes. We have also developed commercial and industrial property. Steve is a non-practicing attorney and Director with the Orange County Water District representing Division Five which encompasses Newport Beach and Irvine. Steve attended Western State University College of Law and the University of Southern California.
