ABC supports all their Wine Consultants by giving them extensive training and all the tools we need to be successful. Continual evaluation of the services we offer encourages us to be flexible, to be innovative, and to constantly keep our guests at the center of our operations. I do my best to remember my guest's first name and their needs and always address them with a smile. I listen to what my customers has to say by actively listening, which involves expressions (both verbal and non-verbal). I am passionate about wine and love meeting people and building trust and long term relationships with our guests by provide outstanding customer service.
