This is achieved through Demand Management, which generates continuous opportunities. Oversee program management with strategic objectives, offering a continuous perspective on progress and status. Establish project management standards for automation sprints and establish a solid change request process for delivery. Assume responsibility for program governance design and implementation at both IPAC COE and enterprise levels. Equip the IPAC COE team with fundamental knowledge of automation lifecycle, project management, operating models, and governance structures, enabling them to independently conduct Discovery/Design workshops within business units, creating a proficient delivery team for successful RPA COE, Chatbot, IDP/OCR project execution.
