I have been very fortunate to have been involved in a wide range of applications in my working life. From dealing with children in the Scouting environment to training and mentoring adults in their work roles. I have over the past few years undertaken training myself to formalize the skills I have had for many years. I have focused on a wide skill set including Training and Assessment Workplace Health and Safety, Leadership and Management also complimenting with Security and Risk Assessment. My Diplomas in WHS and Leadership and Management have allowed me to focus on the Leadership of the Team and the application of quality and skilled application of OH&S in my workplaces. I am a self starter that demands a great deal from myself, I expect nothing of my teams that I cannot achieve myself.
