Experienced in managing coaching and mentoring staff, delivering training, presentations and representing the organisation in all scenarios, working for the largest provider of security services across the heart of Cheshire, providing everything from (CP) Close protection to Alarm response. A "BCA" Honours recipient received at the Palace of Westminster London, for services to the community, March 2022. Nomination for Queens Bravery Award, 2020 Via, Royal Army Chaplin, Colonel J Sutton of the Parachute Regiment for saving the lives of 15 children from a burning building. An experienced volunteer within the (SCC) with over 9 years (RMC) Royal Marines, 2 Troop Bravo Company, Unit 425, before transferring to Petty Officer, Currently the Detachment Commander of Trafford North and Trafford South. Joining in 2002 as a (CFAV) after realising that I could make a difference by sharing my past experience / knowledge in order to give something back.
