- Worked with the very highest levels of command staff and the Navy to develop qualification and manning concepts of operations that would utilize a minimally manned crew to save each other and a cutting-edge ship from any type of damage control or personnel casualty. Using this insight I developed innovative training plans including 38 lesson topic guides, training 23 members of the command to be trainers themselves in all aspects of damage control and ships survivability. These efforts resulted in a completely new way that the Navy combats casualties, and outstanding scores on inspections conducted by the Navy and members of congress. - During the development of programs and policies I led the charge as command mentorship coordinator creating programs that developed the personal and professional growth of Sailors by connecting them with senior members in their community this resulted in increased promotions and retention across the command.-Coordinated different command organizations to raise $3k for the crew’s morale welfare and recreation programs, blood drives with the American Red Cross, and leadership academies which passed on knowledge and experience from senior members of the command to up and coming leadership.
