Proactive Project Management of various schemes including Retail, Commercial & Student Accommodation.Working as part of the delivery team and alongside key suppliers to ensure a clear and specific scope of works is agreed ~ ensuring that the end goal is achieved and meeting all time, cost and quality parameters.

Project Manager responsible for leading and delivering a range of Heathrow’s Infrastructure projects by utilising and leading a multi-disciplinary team of subject matter experts. The role is to deliver capital investment programmes safely, efficiently, and sustainably as part of a team - enabling Heathrow to meet its development objectives. Ensure the integration of design, development, construction delivery, commissioning and process requirements is achieved and that the contract(s) are managed and administered successfully – and finally ensure that the project benefits have been realised.

Managing the various project delivery teams. Responsible for developing, in conjunction with the project sponsor, a clear definition and scope of the project and preparation of the work information package. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications). Ensure the project is effectively and efficiently resourced throughout and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (including all project contributors). Also responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, well informed and successful delivery team.

Technical Project Management of all infrastructure related works on new, existing operational and closed sites within the South East.Assist in the attainment of the Company's published development objectives by managing the delivery of specific projects, working plans and feasibility studies - all to agreed cost, time and quality parameters.Day to day management of Contractors by way of the production and management of standard and bespoke forms of Contract. Seek agreements and approval with 3rd party stakeholders e.g. Planning Authority, Environment Agency, Local Liaison and representation of the Company in general.

Involvement in all aspects of Civil Infrastructure projects from initial feasibility and design, through to on site construction and supervision. Predominantly providing technical design assistance and co-ordination at all stages of the project. Role required strong client liaison skills, on site supervision of works, CAD design, NEC3 contract administration, along with change control and financial management.
