Reporting to the Technical Services Manager (ANZ), acted as both pre- and post-sales technical support specialist for a range of technically complex and feature-rich clinical management applications, as well provided expert advice and support to clients of both companies. Conducted applications training sessions for both internal and external clients. Other responsibilities included:• Maintain and enhance a cooperative working relationships both internal staff and external vendors and clients.• Advised and designed systems architecture to allow for the quotation and implementation of Clinical Vision, eXalis, MediArtis, PrintMe and HL7 interface installations. • Develop and maintain project implementation documentation, policies and procedures.• Monitor adherence to client IT policies and procedures relating to the support of our products both onsite and via VPN connections.• Provide regular commercial IT update meetings to senior management staff. • Mentor senior service specialist group staff members to improve IT knowledge and onsite confidence of staff when dealing with IT issues raised by clients. • Project implementation and management, tracking and scope control, task delivery and achieving identified outcomes.• Participate in and contribute to relevant departmental efforts at improving service support and delivery.• Manage complex incidents/service requests to ensure complete problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the IT Manager, managed the local area network infrastructure team responsible for services for the St Vincent’s campus, consisting of three major sites and twelve satellite offices located throughout Victoria. Other responsibilities include:• Develop and maintain documentation of IT policies and procedures.• Monitor the adherence to company IT policies and conditions of use.• Provide annual capacity planning for all aspects of local area network infrastructure.• Manage and mentor IT staff members, including training and career development. • Project management of network team in respect to short-term assignments and tasks, ensuring regular project tracking, scope control, task delivery and identified outcomes achieved.• Vendor liaison and service level management.• Facilitate information flow and communication between 1st, 2nd and 3rd level IT teams.• Participate in and contribute to relevant departmental efforts at improving service support and delivery.• Manage complex incidents/service requests to ensure complete problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
