My main responsibility is customer service, ensuring hat every customer leaves with what they came into store for. As my previous experience as a manger within John Lewis I am often called upon to manage the shop floor in the absence of a manager and am often relied upon to make managerial decisions in their absence. I have also taken on the responsibility of controlling shrinkage within the department.

My direct line of responsibility is the Espresso Bar, although I also require to have an oversight of the entire catering operation. Customer service is key in this role and ensuring that the high levels which are expected are upheld.
