The lchthys LNG Project is a joint venture between Operator INPEX, major partner Total, CPC Corporation Taiwan and the Australian subsidiaries of Tokyo Gas, Osaka Gas, Kansai Electric Power, Chubu Electric Power and Toho Gas. Effectively three megaprojects rolled into one, the lchthys LNG Project involves some of the industry’s largest and most advanced offshore facilities, significant onshore infrastructure and an 889 kilometre pipeline to unite them. The Project has an expected operational life of at least 40 years. When operational, the Ichthys LNG Project is expected to produce 8.9 million tonnes of LNG and 1.6 million tonnes of LPG per annum, along with approximately 100,000 barrels of condensate per day at peak. - Successful Bid Manager for AGC-Ausgroup for the Painting, Surface Protection, Cryogenic Insulation and Fire Proofing Contract Package – $197M contract awarded in Nov 2014 and Works commenced in 2015. - Development and implementation of the Project Implementation Plan including but not limited to Project Controls Plan. - Further details are limited due to client confidentiality.

The Karratha Gas Plant facilities include 5 LNG processing trains, 2 domestic gas trains, 6 condensate stabilisation units, 3 LPG fractionation units as well as storage and loading facilities for LNG, LPG and condensate. - Manage all cost estimates and submissions in accordance with corporate governance requirements through to Final Investment Decision (FID) approval. - Preparation of funding applications for approval by all stakeholders. - Support implementation of HSE, HR/IR, QA/QC, commercial, materials and logistics and procurement functions to support project requirements. - Resource planning in coordination with HR and recruitment to ensure manpower resourcing in accordance with approved baseline resource histograms. - Lead review and assessment of change orders including negotiations and recommendations for approval in collaboration with the commercial team and Project Director. - Close interface with corporate finance and treasury to ensure cash flow forecasts in line with project delivery and operational outcomes. - Review and recommendation for approval of subcontractor submissions. - Project close-out and lessons learned facilitated workshops.

Established the strategic design and implementation of a PMO to ensure the consistent application of project management tools and processes for the successful delivery of projects.This includes: - Development of the PMO charter and communications plan. - Establishment of fundamental PMO functions and services. - Establishment of governance standards and - Identification of resource needs and performance measure.

The World's first successful Ammonium Nitrate (AN) expansion project carried out in an operational facility. The project resulted in increased AN production at CSBP Kwinana by 260,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) bringing the site’s total AN production capacity to 780,000 tpa. CSBP is a major manufacturer and supplier of chemicals, fertilisers and related services to the mining, minerals processing, industrial and agricultural sectors.
