Initially worked as an administrator within “Access Control” (IT Support) and then “Procurement”. My duties included: •Giving temporary & permanent staff access to computer programmes and databases including ITSP, ITSP, Lotus Notes & SAP; •Creating new accounts for new starters, and deleting or disabling accounts of staff that have left;•Logging calls for Laptops & Desktops to be installed to desks;•Ordering Laptops, Desktops, & Peripherals on SAP;•Giving updates of orders to the requesters & dealing with any queries via email and phone;•Keeping various excel reports up to date.

Promoted from data entry clerk to office assistant where my duties included: •Financial reconciliations and banking;•Approval of Credit Card use;•Creating and updating reports to send out to clients on a daily and weekly basis; •Design and distribution of mass email communication for marketing purposes; •Dealing with customer queries arising from marketing emails;•Supervision of junior freelance office staff;•Distribution of workload to freelance staff; •Ensuring that workload is carried out effectively by staff;•Updating the company’s CRM database with correct price & quantity information for invoice purposes; •Arranging courier collections of cheques & banking documents;•Sorting, cutting & packing post ready for distribution;

As a data imputter my responsibility was to ensure efficient & accurate entry of records on to the relevant database.
