• Recruit Professional & Light Industrial/Engineering positions for clients: General Dynamics, Boeing, Aviall, Lockheed Martin, Progeny, and ADS.• Source candidates through various platforms i.e., Monster, Indeed, Clearance Jobs, JS Firm, etc. to find highly skilled candidates based on client job descriptions.• Ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated with the correct candidate information, to include pay, bill rates, and personal data required for onboarding purposes.• Account executive for Lockheed Martin and ADS accounts. • Responsible for inbound and outbound freight operations. This includes proper loading and unloading of pickup/delivery units.• Deliver designated customer orders daily throughout the Southwest Virginia area of responsibility. Responsible for planning delivery routes/building manifests to maximize cost to the company.• Set up a $300K vendor-managed inventory account. Walk the facility weekly and inspect for empty product bins. Scan bins using a handheld device and place orders to refill material on the next scheduled visit.• Stage and prepare large shipments for export. Research freight quotes and schedule pick-ups based on the best option.
