I am senior banker with 25 years’ experience. In my current role I am responsible for leading the Bank’s analyst team within the Institutional Bank. Previous to that I jointly lead the Corporate & Specialised Finance team, which looks at the Bank's most complex and difficult transactions. I’ve also lead a number of the bank's intensive management syndicates during that time.

Director Corporate Finance
My role is to lead the most complex transactions that the bank is involved in across New Zealand. This involves origination, structuring, negotiation and execution of leveraged finance, acquisition finance, cash flow lending, M&A and jointly leading a team of analytical support. I am also responsible for strategy, financial targets, leadership and people management within my immediate business unit and wider Bank. The role is nationwide across both the bank’s institutional and corporate businesses.
