We help unlock your business potential by identifying barriers to growth and providing strategic solutions including mentoring, workshops, business growth advice and opportunities across our London network.

• Business setup: Complete business readiness including ideas generation, business registration, industry regulation and insurance compliance and marketing.• Chef: Menu creation. Source ingredients. Food preparation and cooking.• Business growth: Brand and facilities evolvement. Strategic relationship building. Quality control. New menu and business ideas• Cost management: Cost monitoring and reduction.

· Partnership Development: Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with organisations across all sectors to benefit all parties• Curriculum: co-ordinate and ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.• Staff training: Creating and delivering weekly staff training as well as hosting ad-hoc training and workshops for all Little Gym employees across Europe and the UK. Staff performance evaluation.• Business management and growth: Analyse strengths and weaknesses across the business, define and implement best practices. Operational reporting; including acquisition, P&L and future projections. Collaborate with other franchises to share best practices. Identify growth opportunities for the business and build strategic relationships with local external organisations such as schools and other children’s groups to fulfil the growth strategy. Generated a 64% increase in enrolments for the programme without increasing operational costs since taking the role.• Marketing: Creating and contribute to the execution of the entire marketing plan. Identify new marketing channels as well as ensuring adequate targeting of all existing relevant channels. • Event Management: End to end management of one off events such as promotional marketing events, birthdays and staff events.

Incredible Edible Southwark has grown to a core collective of 12 individuals feeding into a further group of over 80 volunteers, interested parties and organisations.From a small role at the inception of the enterprise 18 months ago, liaising with community partners and venues, my role at Incredible Edible Southwark has grown to be much more substantial. My responsibilities include;Business Strategy: Devise engagement and growth strategy for the enterpriseProject management and acquisition: Engage with local events to participate in. Innovative new projects to involve more people, both to increase the volunteer base and service usersVolunteer lead: Point of contact for volunteers. Develop plans for best use of human resourcesPartnership management and development: Initiate mutually beneficial partnerships. Cultivate cross-sector partnerships, Conceive, identify and evaluate partnership opportunities.
