Stuart’s experience extensive having been gained while living and working in a variety of environments throughout Australia, Asia, and the Middle East covering a broad range of project types.His primary role as a master planner and design lead gives him the vital understanding of development projects enabling him to bring together ideas from the various disciplines and integrate those ideas and requirements into creative, innovative and successful outcomes.When working on large complex projects Stuart’s experience in urban design enables him to focus in on a myriad of small projects and how they fit within the overall scheme resulting in better design synergies upfront. His role on these projects has been from the initial discussion, preparing project briefs then bringing together a team, followed by undertaking designs, preparing guidelines and reports then through to implementation.Most recently he has been the principal designer, motivating and managing diverse teams in differing and challenging environments while collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and clients.
