Senior Vice President, Alacriti Inc. (December 2009 to Date)I lead the Product Management team for Alacriti’s Orbipay EBPP & Digital Disbursements Products. Key responsibilities include:- Working with business development and sales teams to define and create the product roadmap.- Analyzing internal and external change requests to define possible product enhancements.- Working closely with the development team to design and document product enhancements.- Leading the client onboarding & implementation team.- Providing support during sales initiatives, as both a SME, but also as the Closer on big deals.- Acting as lead Relationship Manager to Bank of America and U.S. Bank.- Responsible for research and development into new payments and payment technologies.My key accomplishments include:- I was responsible for bringing Orbipay EBPP to the market.- Growing the EBPP product from zero revenue in 2010 to net revenue of $19 Million in 2023, processing 45 million consumer & commercial payments worth over $100 Billion in that year.- I was instrumental in selling the solution to Bank of America, U.S. Bank, Truist, KeyBank, Commerce Bank, Comerica, and United Missouri Bank.

I led teams of developers in the design, development, and support of several payments related platforms for business areas within HSBC, and for HSBC’s corporate customers.My key accomplishments include:- Leading the teams responsible for the design and development of the funding components of HSBC’s new global account opening platform, One HSBC Account Opening.- Overseeing the build and launch of an award-winning bill payment service supporting HSBC’s US consumer finance organization. Launched in 2005, the platform has processed over 340 million worth $66 billion and saved HSBC over $130 million in payment processing costs.- The initial design of HSBC Premier’s Global Transfer service. This unique platform allows customers to transfer money between HSBC accounts in different countries in real time, with a guaranteed FX rate.- Design of the stored value component of the HSBC OptiPay decoupled debit card platform, as well as other innovative system components. I have been awarded two patents for components developed for this platform.As a result of my significant expertise in payments technology and processes, I was asked to sit on the Global Payments Architecture Working Group at HSBC.

My role focused on the development and support of Yahoo! PayDirect from HSBC, an email-based payments service, in particular the payment systems and processes that underpinned the platform.My key accomplishments included:• Migration and re-launch of PayDirect in the US, encompassing full online customer account boarding and account verification. This was followed by launches in the UK and Hong Kong.• Launch of a stored value card linked to PayDirect, aimed at the remittance market. This allowed customers to create and send a card that could be instantly funded to recipients in any country.• Working with Moneygram to allow international transfers to be originated from PayDirect, as well as the creation of e-Moneygram, the first transactional website ever offered by Moneygram.

My role combined that of a business analyst and project manager. I worked with the business to determine requirements for new developments, and their subsequent implementation.

The Mortgage Service Center is a central office responsible for processing mortgages for the UK bank.As document systems officer I was responsible for the development and maintenance of the automated document production systems for mortgages. This covered the whole development life cycle, from initial requirements gathering through to implementation and support.

The mortgage administrator role covered the perfection of the security relating to completed mortgages, including the registering of the bank's legal charges over the mortgaged property.Department of Trade & Industry
