Manages and oversees all facets of the daily operations of the company, including the preparation, coordination, and execution of the corporate Operations and Strategic plans. Along with the owner and management team, oversees corporate finances, including payroll administration, tax reporting, budgets and financial statements. Also oversees and directs, via managers, staff tasking, training, daily work and other personnel related activities, and provides direction and oversight for all customer relationships.

Operations Support Manager is responsible for the Operations Team, Customer Service team, Network Administrator, and Sales and Marketing. This responsibility includes the management and oversight of all duties of each team member, including staff tasking, training, daily work, and scheduling. Operations Manager coordinates with the General Manager on strategic planning.

Sales Manager is responsible for the Sales and Marketing. This responsibility includes the management and oversight of all duties of each team member, including staff tasking, training, daily work, and scheduling. Sales Manager coordinates with the Vice President/General Manager on strategic planning.
