My role as a Regional Director in London embraced a wide range of duties, including the management and technical direction of multi-discipline project teams that design all elements of building services. Other responsibilities as part of the London management team also included, preparing fee proposals and submission documents, project resourcing and financing, as well as an input into making key company decisions that were implemented throughout the group.
