Analyzed root cause for 'trouble not identified' TRS warranty and recommended TRS alignment process best practice across five transmission plants.Led a cross functional team through the flawless launch of the digital TRS across all Ford automatic transmission vehicle platforms.Improved customer satisfaction & reduced warranty cost by reducing warranty to less than 2 incidences per thousand vehicles (IPTV).
