Website: http://stuartbatten.netMy research interests are broadly in the areas of Crystal Engineering, and in particular the fields of coordination polymers (also known as Metal-Organic Frameworks, or MOFs) and the topology of crystalline networks, Inorganic Chemistry, Supramolecular Chemistry, and X-ray Crystallography. The materials we design and study have applications in areas such as molecular sensing, catalysis, spin-crossover, magnetic ordering, and gas sorption (for CO2 capture or hydrogen storage). This research is detailed in more than 300 publications, which have attracted over 24,000 citations (current h-index = 79).
