- Company marketing (design, creation of and updating the company website; design and production of leaflets, posters, adverts, employee newsletter and other promotional material; taking and editing photos to use with future marketing)- Organising weekly payroll for all employees- Assisting customers over the phone and in person, including taking card/cash payments- Making sure the safe and all keys were kept secure- Keeping records of staff and customers and ensuring data was kept confidential- Creation of sales invoices for work carried out- Creation of forms and letters, collation of data collected and filing- Setup and technical support for ICT equipment- Contacting suppliers, researching and ordering equipment

- Working as part of a team or using initiative when jobs needed completing- Assisting customers with purchases, including taking payments- Answering customer queries- Tidying and re-stocking shelves and checking stock levels on shop floor- Taking confidential customer information to the local pharmacies

- Meet and greet holiday makers on check-in and departure days- Book holidays in person and over the phone, using a computerised booking system and a till system, including handling card details and cash- Assisting with guest questions and problems in person and over the phone and recording information accurately- Calling guests before arrival to give information and calling previous guests to offer future holidays- Work as part of a small team to prepare resources- Some minor IT support when required

- Teaching students and colleagues how to use different aspects of a wide variety of software programs- Providing technical support for and setting up a wide range of ICT and AV related equipment, including Apple Macs, projectors, cameras and sound equipment- Video Editing- Photography and photo editing- Portable Appliance (PAT) Testing- Production of the College Newsletter and other graphic design work- Creating presentations based on a set on instructions- Assessing needs for new equipment and stock management- Working alone to complete tasks as requested by each department around the College:- Filing. Often this was confidential information- Typing documents and data input- Photocopying and other reprographic work- Operating the Library borrowing system and issuing resources to students
