Senior IT Executive responsible for developing the IT strategy for the group. The primary objective of my role is to plan and direct the Information Systems activities of Funtastic, including the effective design, implementation and operation of core applications and infrastructure.Highlights:* Spearheaded the creation of a three-year strategic road map with a cloud migration focus, instrumental in the executive planning for IT.* Drive the adoption of eCommerce across the business, working with different stakeholders including the product and marketing teams to implement a business wide eCommerce strategy, leading to the development and launch of a number of successful eCommerce sites for the group. * Re-negotiated Vendor Contracts to reduce IT costs by over 20%.* Instigated and Project Managed the migration of the groups ERP system, from Pronto to MYOB Advanced, an updated modern cloud-based ERP system, which will allow the business to meet the efficiency demands of the future and have a more standardised and integrated approach to managing core processes in Finance, Purchasing, Inventory and Supply Chain. This project was delivered on time and under budget.* Project Managed the implementation of the groups new WMS system, which included the integration between the different business systems - WMS, ERP and reporting. The new WMS system will facilitate improved stock control and management and deliver increased efficiencies across all areas of the groups four warehouses.* Project Managed the implementation of Oracle Demantra (Demand Planning) and ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning), which allowed the business to better manage forecasts, orders and deliveries, which lead to an increase in supply performance (DIFOT) and a significant reduction in excess inventory.

Key focus on streamlining the operational usage of the businesses ERP system and to implement a robust and reliable reporting solution.Highlights:* Implemented an in-house reporting system utilising Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SSRS. The solution provided reporting dashboards and daily emailed reports for the business.* Created production planning tools and workflows in the businesses ERP system which helped reduce production times from 90 days to 72 days, giving the business a significant competitive advantage over our competitors. This led to a significant increase in sales with our key customers.* Renegotiated and signed new service agreements saving the business in excess of $300,000 per annum (30% decrease)

Manage and maintain the IT systems of the business.Highlights:* Partner with the senior managers across the business to perform an in-depth review of the internal business systems and processes, to identify gaps and inefficiencies and to optimise the existing processes to deliver significant productivity and efficiency gains* Integrated SEAMS with Funtastic reporting systems (TM1/COGNOS)* Rebuilt the warehousing and EDI systems to deliver a solution that was intuitive and user friendly.* Managed the EDI systems for the Funtastic group

Advanced Barcode Solutions was a software development company that specialised in the development of Warehouse, Scan-Pack and EDI software solutions.
