This role, at the national headquarters of IBSA in the UK, involved a wide variety of work. Based in Mill Hill, London I worked as the Personal Assistant to one of the Board of Directors. Living close to the office in provided accommodation, I dealt with much of the day-to-day running of the Director’s departmental responsibilities, also having a number of people working under me.I dealt with correspondence to/from the Director through emails, fax, telephone and letters.I filled out and initialized purchase requisitions for necessary items.I helped to maintain accurate records of staff, including sickness, vacation time etc.I also dealt with many other issues / requirements of the Director, other Board members or general staff matters relating to the Director.
