Cnc ProgrammerClifton Engineering (Ne) Ltd Sep 2004 - PresentI have been at Clifton engineering since leaving the Rolls Royce north east training centre. Serving the remainder of my advanced modern apprenticeship (AMA) on the CNC lathes. At Clifton I am responsible for programming and setting lathes with fanuc control. I am responsible for methods, tool selection and the inspection of 1st off components. Clifton produce mainly work in batches but I also have experience doing one off components. Over the past few month I have also been using a CNC lathe with a C axis and live tooling. Performing milling operations and familiarising myself with the machines EZ-Guide.
