As the Product Practice Lead, I spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with our company’s vision across the entire value chain. I collaborate closely with teams of Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver impactful outcomes that drive value and foster innovation. Through strategic leadership, I focus on optimizing product development processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and maximizing the value delivered to our stakeholders.Current Project: I have developed a comprehensive product roadmap for our new IoT dock, leveraging market analysis, user interviews and competitor research to prioritise features that optimise product-market fit. To date we have successfully executed delivery of the first phase of said roadmap, and I have personally led a successful launch at Dell Technologies World ’24, which attracted significant interest from both customers and end-users.Outside of day to day projects, as a Practice Lead at Synaptics it is my responsibility to drive and develop Product best practice accross the organisation. Some highlights in this role over the past few years include…- Wrote and published the Product Owner role transitions document, intended to help Product Owners in their career journey within Synaptics by defining the roles, responsibilities and core competencies at each level of PO, from Associate to Lead.- Introduced, and led training on, the use of OKRs within the Product Community of Practice.- Introducing Product Owner Health Metrics, a framework for POs, intended to allow them to take a regular pulse of their in-progress work and highlight early any potential areas of concern, allowing for equally early mitigation.

Worldpay Total, an omni-channel payments solution to manage customer's point of sale and eCommerce transactions in a single backend.
