We offer FHA and VA down to a 580 FICO score and a 'Lock and Shop' program, whereby a borrower can lock in an interest rate for up to 120 days while looking for a property. We also purchase USDA along with their pilot program. Many other niches to grow your business. We allow for delegated underwriting or prior approval underwriting on each and every loan.
