Promoted to a more senior role to manage the Gaymers Cider wholesale field sales team. Implemented the national sales strategy across multiple C&C symbol groups and independents. Achieving 120% of budgeted targets, and launching Gaymers Cider brand into trade.Also, NAM for Palmer & Harvey, managing the integration of the newly acquired Winerite portfolio.

Recruited, trained and coached a team of 8 regional BDE’s to support the wholesale channel NAE’s. Developed and implemented SOP’s for this new role. The team assisted in the launch of NPD into independent retail/wholesale (including Echo Falls), and drove distribution gains on other key brands across the portfolio.
