Business Analyst Group Manager responsible for the design, implementation and project management of bespoke IT shipping solutions for customers across Europe as well as special solutions consulting. Providing the link between the customer and the application programmers by:- Designing bespoke IT shipping solutions for multi-million dollar strategic customers- Managing multi-national IT projects and supporting local Solutions groups- Communicating customer requirements to UPS Information Service groups and supporting European Account Managers- Providing consultative services to UPS customers at a local, national and international level- Providing consultative services to all UPS departments at a local, national and international level- Analysing customer information needs, such as tracking, billing, management reports, automated document preparation and development of customer specific applications.- Developing and reviewing local Solutions Group plans and monitoring execution of deployment to enhance service standards- Optimising business efficiency to increase automated package volume- Coordinating, writing and designing training materials and delivering training to management groups and customers- Managing customer data to ensure compliance with standard Electronic Data Interchange and bar code formats- Presentation of solutions and other technology capabilities both internally and externally.- Single point of contact for all IT projected related issues for the customer as well as internally.Specialties: Business Analyst, Project ManagementFluent in German
