Hired by Tradition to build a F&O business, initially on boarding clients from Europe and US, building out the front office and middle office infrastructure whilst working with legal and compliance, front office risk and the executive team.Working closely with the Quantitative research platform to enhance their product offering across all asset classes.

Worked alongside Square’s Quantitative Research team, responsible for creating trading strategies for a buy side client base using trading signals produced by the model and providing full execution services in US and European markets.

Whilst taking a career break I spent time studying Technical analysis and rules based trading FX and Equity markets for my own account.

I worked as part of a small partnership to create a successful Futures brokerage. My key role within the group was to execute all Options business across multiple products and regions, primarily EU & US interest rates and Bonds, including price discovery, idea generation and covering clients from both buy and sell side.

I was responsible for migrating the broking business from the LIFFE floor to the office based/electronic market place, building and managing a team of highly experienced brokers to facilitate options execution for a rapidly expanding team of Sales people around the Globe. Collectively the team executed over 50% of all European Interest rate and Bond.
