After steering the company through one of the most difficult periods in its history due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, I took more responsibility in terms of HR, Procurement and other areas of the business. This had led to me now being responsible for the day to day running of 3 Legged Thing.

Grown from a start up in 2010, 3 Legged Thing products are now available across the globe.3LT also plays host to two US brands, Wandrd and MagMod and distributes them both in the UK & Ireland. I am responsible for worldwide sales of 3 Legged Thing, and have a great team who are passionate about the company and the products we design for photographers and videographers.Since joining 3LT in 2018 we have seen our largest growth in export sales, despite challenging conditions around the world and we are becoming an established brand creating desirable products that photographers aspire to own. We definitely stand out in the crowd.In the U.K 3 Legged Thing continues to grow in a declining market by taking share away from competitors.

Swains International are a photographic distributor that specialise in supplying independent photographic retailers in the UK and Northern Ireland.As Sales Director my role is to look after 8 key areas of the business which include, Lexar Media, Epson, Tiffen and key brands such as Sony, Fuji, Olympus which make up a large portion of the companies £11 Million Turnover.I am also responsible for 4 Regional Sales Manager who cover the UK calling on Independent Photo retailers.An addition to the above I am also National Account manager looking after key accounts such as Amazon, Jessops and WEX Photographic which accounts for 20% of the company turnover.I am involved with the many decisions of how the business is run and bringing new products into the UK. Some successful examples are launching Cactus and Pixelstick to the UK Market.
