The implementation of the Cx Housing Management System and other front line business systems aligning with data-driven decision making and the management of outsourced ICT infrastructure services, help enable our organisation to provide an excellent experience for our amazing residents.Aligning with the purpose of social housing, and as my current role shifts to lead on deliver the ICT services we need to meet the demands of our residents, building community values and ensuring that what we do resonate with our organisation’s ethos.
