I'm a certified backflow tester. I test backflow devices for residential homes and businesses. Also office assistant keeping track of student and payment records for the Kansas City Backflow training classes for new certified backflow testers and recertified backflow testers.

I was a Fan Services Associate for 10 straight seasons. During my 10th season I was promoted to a Fan Services Leader managing other ushers in the assigned section of the stadium and ran the fan services desk providing fans with answers to questions and any accommodations to make their experience a memorable one. Also following the Sporting GOAL standard.G - Greet all fans and make eye contact.O - Open ended questions to identify fan needs.A - Actively offer solutions.L - Leave fans with a "Thank You!"

I interned for Sporting Kansas City. I started off in game day operations for the first 2 home games of the 2013 season and then I was moved up to writing for the website. I wrote blog posts for the official Sporting Kansas City website and I covered events that the team was having in the community.

I work concerts at Crossroads KC near Grinders. I answer questions for the fans and report security issues.
