Started as a trainee negotiator, wet behind the ears and keen to learn. 6 day weeks 8 till 8 and till 5 on a Saturday, I understood this was not a job but a life style, lunch was for looser and rain or snow you was delivering leaflets. The harder I worked the more I was earning and the rewards followed. I was soon running my own successful sales office and still out in all weathers with those leaflets.
