CurrentDirect management of L2 Application and Configuration support teams, SysOps teams, supporting migration to AWS from physical infrastructure for all UK based customers.Direct line management and customer liaison expediting faults and management of faults and escalations to ensure they are compliant and completed to SLA’s for supported systems.Management of new system deployments and associated AWS infrastructure, alongside software and configuration upgrades to On Street and On Vehicle infrastructure.Responsible for processes to ensure adherence to CAB and customer approval for new software and code / configuration is deployed efficiently and ensuring customer communication is maintained end to end for these processes.With my experience delivering ITS deployments I am also able to advise on traffic priority and assist and implant new centralised TLP for integration into Local Authority UTC systems.
