I have worked within the FM and more recently social housing segments of the industry since 1997. As a QS I provided costing and analysis using the NSR, NHF and other costing mechanisms. I have also carried many building fabric condition surveys, maintenance surveys, simple specification documents, and produced building maintenance reports. I have worked within consultancies and mainstream reactive maintenance main contractors, Hard FM suppliers and most recently Social Housing contractors.Since 2010 I have worked as a Freelance survey offering the same skills and experience these have proved beneficial as I have worked with some of the biggest and established FM providers. I have also been called upon to carry simple asset condition surveys on M&E plant as part of their mobilisation process. These clients include Central Government departments, Local Authorities, Education Providers (Universities) and many commercial clients ranging from Telecommunications to petrochemical retailers and some of the best known high retailers. Since 2013 I have been widened my experience by moving into the Social Housing sector. Providing commercial support to Work Supervisors and Branch managers across the south east.
Listed skills include Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Costing, and 11 others.
