I am currently over seeing all F&B outlets within a hotel which hosts 126 bedrooms and 14 conference rooms.The conference rooms can hold between 10-450 guests and we also hold a wedding license for internal and external (gazebo) marriages.

New Inn, Farmborough

I was brought into the New Inn to oversee a large refurbishment of the establishment.Following on from that, we have successfully beaten budget every period since reopening.The business consists of a 40 seater restaurant, a function room which can sit upto 80 people (weddings, birthdays and other family gatherings) and a large beer garden with roughly 300 seats.

Due to the success that I had at the White Hart, I was given the task of taking a newly refurbished site and redirecting this to become a profit making pub and restaurant. Brought many ideas and influences (some of which are still being used throughout the whole of the Greeneking estate) into the business to change its direction and turned the business around to have a very successful Christmas and New Year.

I was responsible for increasing profitablilty in my first pub by 17% by increasing ARR by £1.36, decreasing our manpower budget by 5% {£19748 } and also made decisions about stocking higher margin linesI took on all aspects of hotel management here, including event organisation, liasing with local and national suppliers and ensuring guest satisfaction for every visit. We never received a mystery shopper score lower than 95% (YTD 96%)

Queens Head, Burley

Worked as a manager in training within Greeneking and was based in the New Forest. Close to taking £1 million as a destination Old English Inn but 3 weeks of bad weather at the end of the financial year ruined that as it was very seasonal and weather dependant.

Alum Chine, Bournemouth

Worked through the hotels busiest Christmas period with an increase of 24% YOY GROWTH. Was asked to concentrate on stocks as when I arrived, the stocks were in a deficit, but after just three months, I turned this int a surplus.
