I was appointed to Head up Distribution for Macquarie Personal Banking's Institutional and Direct business. This role was focused on defining a new distribution strategy, forming new channels, originating new B2B partnerships and leading alliances and relationships with some of Australia's largest corporate brands. A key part of this role was to accelerate sales growth, leading, mentoring and managing a high performing sales and business development team.
