Additional responsibilities were to provide leadership, to look at improving efficiency, effectiveness, increasing good customer service and network performance within the UK south region, to maximising the return on investment of all planned work, to lead, guide and support the network build agent, thereby enabling them to deliver the agreed national delivery report milestone dates, to time cost and quality.
