PMO: Change & project mgmt across the group using Prince 2 methodologies to deliver multiple, complex, projects.Assurance / Compliance: My team provide a range of compliance assurance support across the business to ensure that we are compliant with our contractual obligations.Risk Management: Managing the risk profile of the business through effective risk management processes and governance.Procurement: Setting the policy and process and management of our procurement; commodity supply chainSupply chain management: Setting the policy, process, and direction and being a point of escalation for management of our partner / subcontractor base.
