I'm a Board member here at JMW and I head the firm's 'Lawshare' team. JMW are a 'top 100', entrepreneurial law firm, always looking for new opportunities and to build new relationships. We currently have circa 750 members of staff who provide a truly full service offering between our Manchester, London and Liverpool offices.I launched 'Lawshare' at JMW in 2011 and it is now regarded as the largest nationwide referral network for lawyers. Lawshare is a free referral scheme for Law firms, individual lawyers and organisations providing legal advice. We work with member firms who want to refer work they are unable to deal with. This may be because they don't specialise in a particular area or because they are conflicted. We offer the referring firm market leading profit share in the referred case and importantly promise to only act for the client in the referred case. We currently have over 700 Lawshare member firms and we offer members a host of other benefits including access to a free comprehensive CPD programme and to our buying group, 'Lawsave'.Lawshare enables firms that may not be full service to offer their clients a 'complete' offering safe in the knowledge that their client will be retained by them and assisted in the area they can't help with by a firm they can trust. We genuinely assist and work with our member firms in any way we can and have built some fantastic relationships.
