Content Management Supervisor
Current* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the organization in building out HR content from ideation to final publication, solving for complex content management problems touching on audience personalization, international translation, asset management, and version control. * Manage a living inventory of 10,000+ units of content while also supporting our Virtual Assistant through phases of technical enhancement. * Maintain strategic awareness of long-term content goals, from facilitating increased international participation and platform autonomy to streamlining knowledge management best practices within ServiceNow.
