In my recent role as an IT Manager at Knights PLC, I have spearheaded the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance through initiatives such as Cyber Essentials and ISO27001. My expertise extends to managing Azure configurations, optimising cloud infrastructure, and leading the migration of 1500 users from On-premises Exchange to cloud-first Office 365. These experiences have honed my skills in strategic IT planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing data protection.A significant part of my role involved developing and revising all IT policies, aligning them with industry best practices to foster a secure IT environment. Through regular one-on-one sessions with my helpdesk team, I have identified technical gaps and provided targeted training, enhancing overall team competency and service quality.
